I've done many cleanses. Very very very very long term no food fasts, uncountable short term fasts, intermittent as well. I've tried Many supplements, and avidly eat lots of fruit and done dr. Sebi as well. This pack has instantly changed the level of detox im in, and interestingly enough has even made my urine smell pretty bad. I'm definitely feeling the effects, and im very excited to keep trying this
