Every time I drink it I know when It is the purge cause. It produces a strong cleaning sweep but not painful or cramping or anything like that. Taste is pleasant without anything added and smells fragrant. After a few weeks I am just noticing greater energy especially late afternoon. Drinking one cup in a day. The tea is definitely a keeper to have on hand.
