This formula includes cascara sagrada and cape aloe, 2 herbs known to have powerful laxative properties that should get the bowels moving withing 6-12 hours. Ideally your diet is moving your bowels, so use GI Renew #5 only in acute instances of constipation. Once bowels begin to move more frequently, move to GI Renew #4, then #3, then #2, and so on. In addition to the items themselves, the shipping weight also depends upon the packaging we use to protect the items during transport, and the dimensional weight of the package (because shippers using air services pay transportation fees based on the amount of space they rent).

All returns must have prior authorization from a Health Club Staff Member. We accept unopened tincture and glycerin formulas ONLY, within 7 days of receipt of goods. We gladly accept unopened returns/exchanges due to our error (bottle seals MUST be intact). Any returns not due to our error are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
