Thank you all for your well wishes, support and patience! All staff and Dr. Morse are safe. Although we are all quite eager to return to normal, we will still experience some service delays in customer support via phone. We are actively working on a resolution to this issue, and we appreciate your continued patience.
We have updated the Counseling page (under the Education menu) and the International School of the Healing Arts and Sciences (under the Education menu) with the most current information available, and we will continue to do so as long as it takes. We do not have a status update on glandulars at this time.
Remember, order fulfillment is still operational, so don’t stop your detox or think you can’t get the herbs you need to keep you going!
Power and internet is in the process of being restored to the area. We thank you for your patience as we work to bring our customer support team back online.
We are closely monitoring the path of hurricane Ian since our customer service staff is located in Southwest Florida. There will be very limited support on Tuesday September 27th while our Florida staff prepares their homes and families for severe weather and hurricane conditions. The potential for some impacts to customer support (email, phone, chat support) are possible from Wednesday September 28th forward if the storm produces power outages and internet service disruption to the area.
Orders can still be placed online at our DMHHC Website, and will continue to ship out under regular processing times since orders are fulfilled out of Utah. Issues or inquiries regarding orders can still be initiated as before, but there may be delays in responding if there are significant impacts as a result of hurricane Ian. Don’t worry! Your inquiry will be in the queue and answered as quickly as possible.
One final note: if you have any questions pertaining to the International School of the Healing Arts and Sciences, Dr. Morse's Detox Centers, or if you work with a certified Detoxification Specialist in the state of Florida, we recommend that you contact them directly for any impacts or delays pertaining to their services.
Thank you for understanding, and for those of you in Florida with us, stay safe!
