I have been using one a day for the past 16 years .. the pills have worked amazingly consistent and without any discomfort cramping etc .. I usually use the # 3 and maybe once a week the # 4 when an extra is needed.
I have been buying supplements from Dr Mires for years and continue to do so. The only reason I am here and love the supplements that's because they work.
